The contract
The reason the build price is low.
The site is $495 instead of $4,000 because the plan runs for a year.
Twelve month minimum, then month to month with thirty days notice. It does not auto-renew into another twelve months.
Don't want to commit? The build is $1,495 with no minimum term.
Same straightforward choice, without the twelve-month plan commitment.
If you leave
No hostage situation.
- Give thirty days notice, then the site comes off our hosting.
- Want to take it with you? Pay $250 and you get the files to host anywhere.
- Your domain is always yours. If we registered it for you, it transfers to you free on request, no argument.
Send us a mate
Three months free for every business that signs.
When the business you refer signs up and pays their deposit, you get three months free on your current plan.
Credit applies at whatever tier you are on. It stacks and is not capped, so three referrals is nine months free. It runs while you are on a plan. One credit per referred business; the first person to name them gets it.

The competitive, ongoing kind is a separate service at $495 a month with a six month minimum, and requires a care plan. Ask if you want to talk about it.

Social media, and exactly what that means.
Four posts a month. Not a vague promise to “handle your socials”.
The photos are your job. We can write the words. We cannot take the pictures, and neither can anybody else who was not standing on your job. Scan the card, send three or four off a finished job, that is the whole ask.
We will give you a nudge when we are running low. Getting them to us is on you, and a month with no photos is a month with no posts.
